ENCOUNTERS is a Franco-Belgian Modern Metal band founded in Tournai in 2017 initially under the name Ocean Encounters.

This band has it all: deafening breakdowns, machine-gun rap verses, and a touch of EDM that wraps everything up to make any audience move. The choruses and hooks are catchy, melodic, everything needed to make a crowd dance.

Their unique style, described as "darkened traphop djentcore" and embraced by their community, comes from a desire to break free from the labels set by the metal scene, creating their own atmosphere.

But beyond their reworked artistic universe, their new album filled with unreleased tracks, and the clips planned for this year, it’s especially on stage that ENCOUNTERS makes an impact.

Whether they open, close, or play in the middle of a lineup, one thing is certain: hold on tight. With Lola and Pieter in control of a monstrous machine, ENCOUNTERS is ready to leave its mark.
